Debbie Magnanti

Director of Sales Operations
Debbie Magnanti is responsible for providing leadership in several key areas including: sales processes, asset management and order management.
Prior to joining SOURCE, Magnanti served as Manager of Corporate Customer Service for CompUSA and Computer City. In this role she successfully managed three teams of call center agents providing customer service support and resolutions for 220 stores nationwide. During her tenure, Magnanti developed and implemented policies and procedures to support agent work flow and incoming call volumes which allowed agents to handle calls more effectively.
Previous to CompUSA, Magnanti served a Manager of Inbound Sales and then as Director of Business Development with Communication Expo - a privately held technology company - where she gained experience in retail data and telephony.
Magnanti received a B.A. from the University of Texas at Dallas and an M.S.W. from University of Texas at Arlington.
