With more than two decades of hands-on management experience from the finance, alternative asset and information technology industries, Trice is positioning the company for long-term growth.

Prior to joining SOURCE, Trice served a successful tenure as president of Contego Solutions, a software company specializing in managed security services and infrastructure monitoring of mission-critical systems. While there, he led strategic growth initiatives that increased revenue 30 percent by determining a new focus for the distribution of products and services. Trice created a distribution mechanism - scalable to take product and services to broad-market verticals in application service provider format - and developed key relationships for partnership opportunities.

Trice earned a B.B.A in Finance from Texas A&M University and began his career as a vice president at Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette Energy International in New York City. Subsequently, he served as a managing director for Refco Inc., a leading risk management group for the oil and gas industry. Following his move to Dallas, Trice became president of Tsunami Partners, a private investor-based hedge fund.
