Dallas, Texas – December 7, 2010 – SOURCE, Inc. announced today that Brad Conley has joined the company as Microsoft Business Development Manager. In his new position, Conley will be part of the company’s existing Microsoft team and be responsible for growing sales of Microsoft solutions and managing key relationships with Microsoft.

“Brad is a welcome addition to our already experienced Microsoft team and brings valuable insight and prized consulting experience in Microsoft solutions,” said Randy Trice, SOURCE president.  “Earlier this year we attained our Microsoft Gold Certified Partner status, hired one of only 14 United States based, Microsoft MVP’s – Lync Server, and became a Microsoft Authorized Education Reseller. I am pleased Brad has joined our team and identified SOURCE as a growing company with the resources and commitment to provide our customers with solutions that can now include Microsoft.”

Conley brings 18 years of IT industry experience to SOURCE. Most recently, he served in several sales and business development positions at Microsoft Corporation, including major account management and partner development.  He successfully led development efforts in the company’s Central U.S. region and grew channel sales by 81 percent.  Before joining Microsoft in 2003, Conley was an account manager with BORN Information Services and a business development manager with Rare Medium, both of which are technology and professional services consulting firms based in Dallas.
