Company attracts top talent and adds second Microsoft MVP.

Dallas, Texas - March 24, 2011 – SOURCE, Inc. announced today that Dustin Hannifin, a Microsoft MVP – Microsoft Lync, has joined SOURCE as a Microsoft Solutions Architect. Dustin brings nearly a decade of experience in unified communications and his joining SOURCE further strengthens the company’s growing Microsoft practice according to Randy Trice, SOURCE president.

Hannifin is the second Microsoft MVP hired by SOURCE in the past year, joining Keith Kabza, Microsoft UC Engineer. In his new position, Hannifin will consult and assist customers with architecture, design and implementation of Microsoft unified communications solutions.  He brings to SOURCE experience with mid to enterprise sized networks, holds valued certifications, and is proficient at network and systems administration, server virtualization and collaboration solutions development.

“Dustin’s expertise with Microsoft Lync and unified communications is a valuable addition to the SOURCE team,” said Trice.  “We have found that customers are asking about unified communications and how we can help them integrate and migrate to solutions such as Lync. Attracting MVP talent such as Dustin will help us serve existing and new customers who are embracing unified communications and adopting it into their business.”

Prior to joining SOURCE, Hannifin was a senior systems administrator and team lead for Crowe Horwath LLP in South Bend, Ind. where he managed server and systems technology infrastructure and large-scale enterprise deployment projects for the company’s 20 facilities nationwide.  He also had been serving clients as an independent consultant since 2007, providing expertise in the development of OCS courseware and working directly with the Microsoft OCS Product Group on reviewing, writing and testing documentation.
