SOURCE, Inc. Announces Randy Trice as President

Please join the SOURCE team in welcoming Randy Trice of Dallas as president.  In this role, Trice will provide valuable leadership and strategic direction to all SOURCE divisions, including sales, marketing and operations.

David Potter, former president of SOURCE, will continue to serve as chairman and chief executive officer.

“Randy's leadership philosophy and natural ability to visualize the big picture will help fuel SOURCE’s growth as the ‘one’ service provider for complete corporate communication needs,” Potter said. “We welcome Randy’s veteran experience and insight as SOURCE continues to evolve to meet the communications needs of today and facilitate for future convergence technologies.”

Trice brings two decades of hands-on management experience from the finance, alternative asset and informational technology industries to the SOURCE team.

“I am honored to join a team whose company name has become synonymous with dependability, experience and service in the communications industry,” Trice said. “From its inception more than three decades ago, SOURCE has grown from a products company to a leading service provider. I look forward to continued growth for the company to meet the increasing demand for simplified converged network services for enterprises.”

After graduating from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in finance, Trice began his career as a vice president at Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette Energy International in New York City. Then, Trice served as a managing director for Refco, Inc., a leading risk management group for the oil and gas industry. After moving to Dallas, Trice became president of Tsunami Partners, a private investor-based hedge fund.

Prior to joining SOURCE, Trice served a successful tenure as president of Contego Solutions, a software company specializing in managed security services and infrastructure monitoring of mission critical systems.
