The SOURCE Managed Services (SMS) program provides enhanced service elements to SOURCE’s maintenance customers. SMS is available 24/7 for service-affecting issues, and same business day for non service-affecting issues.

SMS provides a flexible, customizable and comprehensive solution for managing the communications environment.

SMS provides end-to-end responsibility including analysis, administration, provisioning, diagnostics and resolution – reporting with the ease of single point accountability.
